Muskegon / Augsburg, June 14, 2024 – RENK America (RAM), a leading provider of vehicle mobility solutions, is pleased to announce the award of a significant order worth over USD 88 million for HMPT transmissions contracted by the United States Army.
This is the second significant order for the HMPT from the US Army in Q2 2024. When combined with the USD 101+ million contract received in April 2024, the total value exceeds USD 189 million.
The US Army continues to deploy more Bradley Fighting Vehicles, M109A7 Paladin Vehicles, Multiple Launch Rocket Systems, and Armored Multipurpose Vehicles outfitted with RAM’s HMPT transmission. These new or upgraded vehicles continue to put the newest capabilities in the hands of the warfighter, ensuring readiness for the mission ahead. RAM is dedicated to ensuring a steady and dependable supply of transmissions to the production line.
