Condition Monitoring

Our RVM solution for condition monitoring

Our RVM solution for condition monitoring

Maximizing the availability and lowering maintenance costs

To get all the benefits from condition monitoring you need a flexible and easy to use solution. Our RVM (RENK Vibration Monitoring) system lets you detect even the smallest impending anomalies in the drive train early on and identify their exact cause. This allows you to plan preventative measures, troubleshoot errors, and prevent secondary damage – at the right time. The result is maximum availability of your system and lower maintenance costs over the long term.

01 Maximize Availability

Early detection of even smallest irregularities enable scheduled counter measures

Damage to the machine can be noticed by the employee due to noise, heat and smoke development. At this point, there is usually not much time left to avoid a cost-intensive repair or an unplanned downtime.

Our condition monitoring solution is able to detect and analyze the smallest irregularities in the entire drive train far in advance before the human senses can pick up on them. Using RVM, data is continuously collected and analyzed to provide continuous condition assessment as well as data visualization. Depending on the application, we offer an offline or online condition monitoring system based on your individual needs.

Continuous and ongoing fault detection and analysis enables the initiation of measures such as maintenance, adjustment of load conditions or, if necessary, the procurement of spare parts.

02  Reduce Mainteinance Costs

Knowing the root causes enables focused maintenance and spare part management

Using our condition monitoring solution, an analysis and fault identification can already be started via intelligent data processing to optimize the service mission to have the right tools in place and knowing the problem to focus on the right maintenance actions. Therefore, the costs for the field service can be reduced by up to 30%.

The RENK Vibration Monitoring combines OEM’s know-how in fault analysis with the software supported intelligence of a condition monitoring system. As soon as you have an anomaly on your asset, our field service can help you to identify the cause and the specific problem.

Overall this results on savings on maintenance costs, increase in your production output and a reduce in the total costs of ownership in the long term.

03 Flexible and Quick Setup

Quick and flexible commissioning of your condition monitoring solution

The RVM is a flexible and modular system for a wide range of sensors and applications implementing the most important operating parameters in order to be able to assure operational safety.  Also the integration into control systems for data transmission and visualization is far from complicated.

The solution is  available as an offline or online condition monitoring system depending on individual requirements.

04 Ease of Use

The ease of use reduces the time of learning and misinterpretation

RVM offers intuitive usability for the operator. , a clear visualization and provides various alarm messages which are easy to understand.

In the event of an anomaly, the system supports a guided and thus targeted root cause analysis, which enables effective maintenance planning as well as optimized spare parts procurement.
