Muskegon, Michigan, March 6, 2026 – RENK America, a leading provider of high-performance mobility solutions for tracked military vehicles, has been awarded a contract from Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Warren valued at $57 million USD to deliver AVDS-1790 Engines supporting the U.S. Army. This strategic procurement is designed to enhance fleet readiness and ensure critical recovery platforms remain mission capable under demanding conditions.
Deliveries are scheduled to begin mid-2027. This award is expected to be followed by a long-term contract for AVDS-1790 Engines, further strengthening the partnership between RENK America and the U.S. Army.
Working closely with the customer, RENK America aligned on the timing and urgency of this requirement and successfully pulled the order ahead to meet operational needs. Despite operating at capacity on the company’s engine production line, RENK America understood the mission and prioritized the production schedule to expedite deliveries and ensure responsiveness to mission demands.
