RENK Group AG 2026 Annual General Meeting: Dr. Klaus Richter to take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board

RENK Group AG 2026 Annual General Meeting: Dr. Klaus Richter to take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Augsburg, June 10, 2026 – RENK Group AG, a leading provider of propulsion solutions for the military and civilian sectors, held its 2026 Annual General Meeting today. In total, 50.93% of the share capital was represented. The shareholders approved all of the resolutions proposed by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board by a large majority.

The Annual General Meeting voted in favor of a dividend of €0.58 per share carrying dividend rights for fiscal year 2025. That corresponds to a distribution ratio of 40.9%, representing an increase of 38% over the previous year (€0.42).

Dr. Klaus Richter to take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board

The shareholders discharged the members of the Executive Board by a majority of 99.3% and the members of the Supervisory Board by a majority of 95.9% for fiscal year 2025.

In addition, the Annual General Meeting elected Dr. Klaus Richter with an approval rate of 99.0% to the Supervisory Board of RENK Group AG, which elected him today as its new Chairman in accordance with the Articles of Association. Dr. Richter has proven industry experience in the automotive, aerospace, and defense sectors, including as a former member of the Executive Board of the Airbus Group, President of the industry association BDLI, and President of the Executive Board of the Diehl Group.

Dr. Richter succeeds Claus von Hermann, who stepped down from the Supervisory Board at his own request as of the end of the Annual General Meeting. At the Annual General Meeting, the Management Board expressly thanked Claus von Hermann for his longstanding commitment to RENK. During his tenure as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, RENK Group AG grew into one of Europe’s leading listed defense companies.
