Augsburg, March 16, 2026 – RENK Group AG, a leading provider of propulsion solutions for military and civilian applications, will rename Schelde Gears as RENK Benelux. In taking this step, the company underscores its strategic realignment as part of a targeted rebranding initiative, while simultaneously strengthening the local presence of the RENK brand in the Benelux market.

Our highly qualified and experienced team, located in the heart of the Benelux region, enables us to further improve our service by being closer to our customers,” says Bart Smits, Managing Director of RENK Benelux.
The company’s strong technical expertise in engineering remains unchanged. The company will continue to serve as the official OEM for the design and worldwide customer service of the Schelde Gears brand of gears. RENK Benelux now combines Schelde Gears' proven engineering expertise and more than 100 years of experience with the international strength and expanded product portfolio of the RENK Group.
