Augsburg, November 13, 2023 – RENK Group and its subsidiary RENK America have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) on bilateral cooperation for tracked combat vehicles with Huta Stalowa Wola (HSW). The companies enter a strategic relationship to provide mobility solutions for HSW platforms. The scope of collaboration will include providing reliable, battle proven technology, suspensions and power packs for HSW platforms and localize future manufacturing and testing for full rate production in Poland at HSW or HSW designated subsidiaries.

This agreement is further progressing defense/industrial cooperation between the United States and Poland.”
Jan Szwedo, President of HSW added: „This agreement defines cooperation opportunities between RENK and HSW. It is our intent to manufacture and test mobility hardware such as power packs, transmissions, and suspensions for our combat vehicles at our facility in Stalowa Wola. Cooperation with RENK will allow us to realize this vision in the near future.“
