Augsburg, July 15, 2025 – RENK Group AG, a leading supplier of drive solutions for military and civil applications, is supplying a further 42 HSWL-256B gear units for the AJAX infantry fighting vehicle to Latvia. The Baltic state is thus exercising its option for additional transmissions shortly after placing its initial order. This brings the total number of transmissions ordered from Latvia alone to 84.
The expansion of the order underscores the NATO country's great confidence in RENK's product portfolio. The HSWL-256B is already in service in British Armed Forces vehicles and has proven itself in the field of mission-critical drive technology.
