Gearboxes for dredger vessels

Our portfolio of products includes gear units for jet pumps, dredger pumps, generators, cutter heads, and winches. The gear units are manufactured by RENK according to customer specifications and our internal safety standards.

The double gear units for the cutter head have center distances of up to 5,000 mm and are designed for up to 300 metric tons. Two engines are combined with two- or three-stage double gear units, which are mounted on the cutter head. Our housing and thrust bearings are designed to be able to safely withstand the enormous forces of the cutter head.

Our pump generator gear units are produced according to the customers' specifications and offer tailor-made transmission ratios and multi-stage concepts.
