Our technologies for your demands
Suspension systems for military vehicles have to withstand extreme loads and need to do their job with absolute reliability. To check these properties, RENK has developed very special suspension test benches.
Suspension test benches from RENK are compact units with a modular test room. Using different adapter sets, a wide variety of suspension systems for heavy wheeled and tracked vehicles can be tested. There are two filling stations with oil and nitrogen for filling the suspension systems. With the linear loading unit, the suspension can be loaded in two directions.
Modular concept for different suspension systems
The test stand is equipped with a large test chamber and modular test specimen support. Matching modules and adapter sets can be provided for different test specimens. The modification of the test stand is possible with little effort by the user with these modification kits.
Very good access to the specimen
The test specimen is also well visible during the test thanks to large windows. Access to the test chamber is possible through a wide front door. The test specimen can be placed from above via the open roof using the overhead crane.
Compact test stand design with integrated power supply and control cabinet
The test stand is designed as a autonomous compact unit. Test chamber, media supply and control system are mounted on a common base frame. The Suspension Test Rig can therefore be transported as a stand-alone unit.
